I think of therapy as a reparative experience. Most people who are suffering in their lives have problems in their relationships with others at the core. Individual work can help you become aware of the part you play in the success and challenges of your relationship so that you can make an informed choice about what to keep and what to change. I work in the present moment and help you to become aware of your emotions and the ways you interact that might be getting in the way of getting the love and connection with others that you want.
